(Regulation of Building Operations) Act 1958, within stipulated period. 2. It is argued that considerable time has already been lapsed but till date no decision has been taken in the matter. 3. On the other hand, it is argued by the learned Standing Counsel that the Respondent No. 2 will decide appeal, expeditiously. 4. Heard counsel for the parties. 5. With the consent of the counsel for the parties and also in the interest of justice, the present writ petition is disposed of finally directing the concerned authority before whom the aforesaid appeal is pending to decide the same, expeditiously and preferably within a period of three months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
