Order No. 16
Dated 11th September 2025
None appears on behalf of the appellant.
Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned APP has submitted that during pendency of this appeal, the appellant has already been acquitted in S.T. No. 25 of 2019 arising out of Bano P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017.
This appeal appears to have been preferred against the order dated 10.01.2020, whereby and whereunder, the application preferred by the appellant for discharge in connection with S.T. No. 25 of 2019 arising out of Bano P.S. Case No. 25 of 2017 had been dismissed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Simdega.
However, since it appears that the trial has already been concluded leading to acquittal of the appellant, as submitted by Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned APP, nothing survives in the present appeal, which accordingly stands dismissed.
