This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the petitioners are aggrieved by the inaction on the part of the respondent authority in deciding the representation dated March 5, 2025 filed by him before the respondent No. 2, the District Magistrate, Mainpuri. Further, the petitioner, by way of the present petition seeks another direction to the aforesaid respondent to conduct a further spot inspection of offered land for retail outlet dealership i.e.Gata No. 432, situate at Mauja - Madrawali, Tehsil - Karhal, District Mainpuri by constituting a team of revenue official before the respondent No. 4 is given a 'no objection certificate'. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that raising his grievance the petitioner has filed the aforesaid representation before the respondent authority, however the same has not yet been decided. Upon due consideration, we are of the view that the respondent No. 2 should be directed to pass a reasoned order upon the representation of the petitioner. Accordingly, the respondent No.2, the District Magistrate, Mainpuri, is directed to pass a reasoned order upon the aforesaid representation of the petitioners in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and also to the respondent No. 5.
