This Court, vide order dated 07.02.2025, passed in MCRC No. 335 of 2025, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Sahil Khan had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. 3. The learned 12th Additional Sessions Judge, Raipur, District-Raipur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 12.08.2025 has requested for grant of KUNAL DEWANGAN Digitally signed by KUNAL DEWANGAN 2 some more time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD that according to the record, out of total 14 listed witnesses, the statements of 09 witnesses have already been recorded, while the statements of the remaining 05 witnesses are yet to be recorded. The prosecution has also been directed to ensure the presence of those witnesses whose statements it intends to have recorded on the forthcoming dates of hearing. Hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time therefore, he prays for grant of some more time for concluding the same. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of four months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
