The present writ petition is filed questioning the action of the respondents in trying to close water body situated in an extent of Ac.0.16 cents in Sy.No.313 and Ac.0.66 cents in Sy.No.315 of Nandanoor Revenue Village, G.D. Nellore Mandal, Chittoor District by converting the same into house plots and to distribute the same in favour of eligible beneficiaries under Navarathnalu Pedalandariki lllu Scheme.
