Case No. 216 of 2020 corresponding to POCSO Case No. 136 of 2024 for the offences registered under section 363 of the Indian Penal Code while cognizance has been taken under sections 363, 376(D) (a) and 354 of the Indian Penal Code and section 6/8 of POCSO Act, pending in the court of learned A.J.C-IV-cum-Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi. 3. On 05.05.2020, daughter of the Informant went missing. Later, victim was recovered and her statement was recorded under section 164 of the Cr. P.C in which she has stated about the complicity of the accused Suuny and Sonu. She has stated that they tried to sexually assault her, but when she raised alarm, they fled away. 4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the victim has not stated anything regarding the petitioner. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C-IV-cum- Special Judge, POCSO, Ranchi in connection with Sukhdeonagar P.S.
