This is the defendant's petition. In the suit instituted by plaintiff respondent nos. 1 and 2 an application for grant of temporary injunction was moved in which an ad interim injunction has been granted by the trial court and notices have been issued. Defendant had appeared and filed objections on 4.4.2025 against the grant of ad interim injunction dated 20.3.2025. 2. This writ petition has been filed seeking quashing of the order dated 20.3.2025 by which trial court had granted ad interim injunction in favour of plaintiffs with a further prayer seeking direction upon the Court concerned to decide the objections filed by defendant no. 1/petitioner. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to private respondent, with a direction upon Civil Judge (Senior Division), Aligarh to proceed with the temporary injunction application filed by the plaintiff in Suit No. 250 of 2025 and decide the same, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties and considering the objections filed by defendant no. 1/petitioner, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits.
