In both these matters, the proposals dated 22nd September, 2022 tendered to Respondent No.5 Education Officer, are still pending adjudication. 2. The learned AGP submits on instructions that these proposals would be decided within a period of 60 days from today. If there are any objections / deficiencies, the same will be pointed out within 15 days to the Management. We, therefore, direct that if such deficiencies are pointed out, the management would cure the deficiencies in a further period of 15 days. After such revised proposal is tendered, the Education Department would pass a reasoned order within the remaining period of 30 days. 3. With the above directions, both these Petitions are disposed off. 4. In the event the proposals are rejected, the aggrieved party would be at liberty to avail of the remedy as is permissible in law.
