Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the detenue was detained illegally by the respondents on 09.11.2024. However, the stand of the respondents is that the detenue had been arrested, on 18.11.2024 and produced before the Magistrate.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that they do not have any material or evidence, at this point of time, to demonstrate this fact, except the testimonial of the detenue and his wife. In the circumstance, and keeping in view of the fact that the Magistrate has already remanded the detenue to the judicial custody, this Writ
