This writ petition is pending for last 14 years. None appeared on behalf of petitioner. 2. Sri Akhilesh Kumar Sharma, learned counsel appearing for Respondent-2 submits that this writ petition is filed seeking relief of quashing the impugned order dated 25.02.2010 to the extent of direction for fresh advertisement on the post of Shiksha Mitra. 3. Learned counsel further submits that by way of impugned order appointment of one, Smt. Kanchan Devi on the post of Shiksha Mitra was cancelled and a direction was issued to initiate process for fresh appointment. Petitioner has come up with a case that she can be appointed in place of Smt. Kanchan Devi. 4. In the present case, no interim order was passed. It is not on record, whether in pursuance of impugned order fresh recruitment process was initiated or not as well as whether any right is created in favour of newly selected candidate, therefore, the relief sought cannot be granted. 5. Otherwise also, since counsel for petitioner is not present, therefore, it appears that petitioner has lost interest in present case. The Court also takes note that Scheme of Shiksha Mitra is now abandoned. 6. The writ petition is accordingly dismissed.
