Due to change in Government, the 4*^ respondent has forced the petitioner to resign the post. As the petitioner refused to resign the post, a show cause notice was issued, based on the false report submitted by Tahsildar. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the impugned show cause notice and impugned proceeding of suspension were issued on 2. the same day i.e., 24.01.2025. The respondents without giving opportunity to submit explanation for the show cause notice have straightaway suspend the authorization on the ground of pending enquiry. 3 3. Learned Assistant Government instructions, submitted that the impugned Pleader, basing on the suspension proceedings, dated 24.01.2025, are wrongly issued and there are no proceedings of suspension against the petitioner as on today. 4. In view of the submission made by the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Civil Supplies and since both the proceedings are issued on the very same day, the proceedings of suspension pending enquiry are set aside. The petitioner is directed to submit her explanation to the show cause notice, dated 24.01.2025 within days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and thereafter the respondents shall consider and pass appropriate orders within one month by giving opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. In the meantime, the respondents shall continue the authorization of the petitioner’s fair price shop No. 1344057 of Nandyal District. seven 5. With the above said observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
