The Court made the following ORDER: Heard. Perused the record. This I.A. is filed praying the Court to extend time to the petitioner for his surrender before the Court concerned as per the orders in Crl.P.No.2128 of 2025 dated 18.3.2025.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed Crl.P.No.2128 of 2025 for granting anticipatory bail to him in Crime No.12/2025 of Kadiri Town Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District. The Hon’ble Court was pleased to allow the said Crl.P.No.2128 of 2025 on 18.3.2025 directing the petitioner to surrender before the Court concerned within two (02) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the
order. But due to his health issues and personal difficulties, he could not surrender before the Court concerned within the stipulated time. Later petitioner came to know about registration of another crime vide Cr.No.83/2025 of Kadiri Town Police Station against him and others. As such he filed Crl.P.No.4545 of 2025 seeking quashing of the said F.I.R before this Court and this Court was pleased to grant orders in Crl.P.No.4545 of 2025 on 25.4.2025 directing the Station House Officer concerned shall complete the investigation without taking coercive steps against the petitioner. Hence prays to extend time for surrender. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor submits that the Court may pass appropriateorders. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, one week time is granted from this day to surrender the petitioner before the Court concerned in Crime No.12/2025 of Kadiri Town Police Station, Sri Satya Sai District. The remaining conditions in the
