1. The petitioner, through the medium of this petition, under Section 19(4) of the Family Courts Act, 1984, seeks setting aside of Order dated 19.04.2025 passed by the Family Court, Jammu, in a case titled “Parveela Devi v. Manjeet Sotra” whereby the interim maintenance to the tune of Rs. 25,000/- per month has been granted in favour of the petitioner therein, and respondent herein, from the date of filing of the petition.
2. After arguing for a while, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall be satisfied, in case, this petition is disposed of, at this stage, with a direction to the trial Court to conclude the proceedings in the main petition in a time bound manner. His statement is taken on record.
3. Having regard to the statement made by learned counsel for the respondent and also to the legal provision with regard to summary procedure on the subject, Serial No. 02

this petition is disposed of at this motion stage without issuance of notice to the other side, with a direction to the Court below, to make endeavours to decide the petition within a period of six months from the date, a copy of this order is served upon it.
4. Criminal Revision is, thus, disposed in the above terms alongwith connected interim application(s).
