Learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record office instructions dated 11.08.2026 from Director of Medical Education, conveying that the Government, vide letter dated 11.08.2026, has accorded additionality along with administrative approval and expenditure sanction amounting to Rs. 17,41,032/- for clearing the arrears of the regular pay scale in favour of the petitioner. That the petitioner shall also be granted all the benefits that have been granted to the petitioner in CWPOA No. 6997/2020. In the case of the petitioner in CWPOA No. 6997/2020, the Government conveyed its approval, vide letter dated 18.06.2026, for conversion of his services from Rogi Kalyan Samiti (RKS) to Government contract. The same is also subject to the final outcome of the Special Leave Petition proposed to be filed in the matter. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the benefits granted to the petitioner in CWPOA No. 6997/2020 are ipso facto admissible to the present petitioner as well in view of the judgment rendered on 01.04.2025 in CWPOA No. 3762/2020. 3. The aforesaid benefit of conversion of service from RKS to Government contract in the case of the petitioner in CWPOA No. 6997/2020 was conferred during the pendency of the execution petition, and in the execution petition filed by the petitioner in CWPOA No. 6997/2020. Taking note of office instructions, these proceedings are closed at this stage. However, liberty is reserved to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in accordance with law, for his surviving grievances, if any, at an appropriate stage.
