By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, the petitioner has prayed for consideration of his request by the competent authority to transfer him to Deoria as his son is suffering from mental illness accounting to 90 per cent disability. 3. Learned Standing Counsel submits that the petitioner may make a representation as the State Government is itself inviting options from those who want transfer so that their cases are considered in the next session. 4. In the given facts and circumstances, this petition stands disposed of with direction to the respondent concerned to consider the claim of the petitioner made vide his representation dated 06.04.2025 and take appropriate decision within one month of production of certified copy of this order. 5. It is made clear that the claim of the petitioner may be taken for transfer in the coming session beginning from 01.04.2025.
