The petitioner is complainant against the Gram Pradhan of the village. He submitted a complaint with affidavit dated 03.03.2025 to the District Magistrate, Mathura to enquiry the irregularities and misuse of Government funds. 2. A preliminary objection has been by the learned Standing Counsel that immediately after the complaint petitioner has approached this Court. 3. In response to the same, a prayer has been made by the counsel for the petitioner to dismiss present writ petition as not pressed with liberty to file fresh writ petition after a month. 4. In this view of the matter, present writ petition is dismissed with liberty as prayed. It is made clear that in case petitioner will file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action, the same will be considered at least after one month.
