The earlier bail application of the applicant was dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 17.3.2021 passed in MCRC No.930 of 2021, with liberty to file a fresh application as and when occasion arises. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant submits that he does not want to press this bail application. However, he prays for a direction to the concerned trial Court to expedite the trial. 4. Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed, as not pressed. However, the concerned trial Court is directed to proceed in the matter expeditiously in a de die in diem manner. Further, the trial Court shall fix the trial programme(s) with intervals not exceeding 15 days. 5. The applicant is also directed to file a certified copy of this order before the concerned trial Court, bringing it to its notice. 6. Certified copy today itself.
