The petitioner is challenging the order passed in Crl.MP.No.824 of 2024 in MC.No.1 of 2018, whereby the learned Judge Family Court - VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole has dismissed the application filed by the petitioner herein. : Sri.Ch.Srinivas 2. The petitioner filed Crl.MP.No.824 of 2024 seeking a direction from the Court to call for the latest salary particulars and date of joining of the 2^ respondent. The 2""* respondent is the son of the petitioner herein. The petitioner seeks to mark the said salary certificate as an exhibit in the main Maintenance Case and also is seeking to furnish the address of the concerned Manager of the Company where the 2"^* respondent is working. The learned Judge Family Court -Cum - VIII Additional District Judge, 2 Ongole after perusing the counter dismissed the Crl.MP.No.824 of 2024 in MC.No.1 of 2018 on 17.01.2025. 3. The learned Judge Family Court - VIII Additional District Judge Ongole has recorded that several adjournments and that the petitioner has filed several miscellaneous petitions after completing the petitioner’s side evidence and that after the matter is coming up for arguments. The were granted present petition to summon the records relating to the 2’’^ respondent is highly uncalled for. 4. The 2"'^ respondent was already declared Crl.MP.No.654 of 2024 in MC.No.1 of 2018. The Maintenance Case was filed by the respondents 2 and 3 while major in they were minors in the year 2018. The only point for consideration in MC.No.1 of 2018 is whether the petitioner is liable to pay the maintenance or not. The attempt of the petition appears to only disturb the petitioner’s son by putting on notice the company where the petitioner’s son is working. 5. Considering the well-reasoned order Judge Family Court - Cum passed by the learned - VIII Additional District Judge, Ongole, this court finds no grounds to interfere with the said order.
