1. In the present petition, the petitinoer has challenged the order of termination of services from the post of Kotwar, which was passed by the Tahsildar, Ratanpur, District Bilaspur on 11.11.2022.
2. Since, the order impugned is appealable according to the provisions of Section 44 of C.G. Land Revenue Code, 1959; therefore, I am not inclined to keep this matter pending.
