The present Application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed by the applicants for grant of anticipatory bail under Sections 109, 115(2), 310(2) and Section 351(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 in Case Crime No. 78 of 2025, registered at Police Station Kichha, District Udham Singh Nagar. 2. Heard Mr. Mani Kumar, learned counsel for the applicants and Mr. Pradeep Lohani, learned Brief Holder for State. 3. Mr. Mani Kumar, Advocate, has filed a copy of the order dated 24.03.2025, passed by the Coordinate Bench of this Court in WPCRL No.241 of 2025. According 2025:UHC:2142 2 to the said order, the investigation of the present matter is conducted for the offence under Sections 115(2), 351(2) and Section 191(2) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023. The Coordinate Bench has directed the Investigating Agency to comply the guidelines given by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in “Arnesh Kumar Vs. State of Bihar and Another” (2014) 8 SCC 273. 4.
