By means of filing instant Habeas Corpus Petition, petitioner has raised a grievance that his son aged 29 years is missing since 11.05.2025 and in that respect one MPR GD No. 76 dated 12.05.2025 is registered at Police Station Kardhani, Jaipur (West), but police has not traced his whereabouts till date, hence, this petition has been filed. 2. After arguing for some time, counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of this petition in order to take appropriate legal remedy available before the concerned Officer. 3.
