JUSTICE ARUN DEV CHOUDHURY ORDER Date : 24.02.2025 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the parties at bar that, in terms of the order dated 21.03.2024, the present arbitration appeal may be closed, as the aforesaid order has elaborately dealt with the issue and, in fact, can be treated as a final order. This Court has also perused the aforesaid order and, in terms thereof, the respondent-State was allowed to proceed with the construction work. Thus, meaning thereby, the interim order passed by the District Judge in exercise of power under Section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 has merged with the aforesaid order.
