Present revision petition has been filed against the judgment/order of conviction dated 03.09.2007 passed by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Faridkot and order dated 26.10.2009 vide which the appeal filed against order dated 03.09.2007 was upheld by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Faridkot. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner was convicted by the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Faridkot by awarding him sentence to undergo simple imprisonment for one year and to pay fine of Rs.5000/-. He submits that during the pendency of the same, the petitioner has died, so the proceedings in the present petition be abated. The said fact is not opposed by the opposite counsels. 3. In view of this, the present petition is stands disposed of being abated.
