Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quash the impugned First Information Report dated 11.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.181 of 2025, under Section 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 131, 352, 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyaay Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Police Station Pooranpur, District Pilibhit. b). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned First Information Report dated 11.03.2025 registered as Case Crime No.181 of 2025, under Section 318(4), 338, 336(3), 340(2), 131, 352, 351(3) of Bhartiya Nyaay Sanhita (B.N.S.), 2023, Police Station Pooranpur, District Pilibhit." 3. Sri Shivam Singh, counsel for the petitioners, on instructions from his clients, states that final report has been submitted in the aforesaid case by the concerned Investigating Officer. 4.
