Prayer made in the instant petition is for a direction to the respondent-Authority to take appropriate action against respondent no. 6 for closure of the brick kiln, as the allegation is that it is situated close to an abadi area. 2. Sri Alok Tripathi, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 3 and 4, states that a closure order has been passed against respondent no. 6 on 4.7.2024. He states that the said order has been duly implemented and the brick kiln is no more running. 3. Counsel for the petitioner, however, disputes the said submission. He submits that the brick kiln is still running. 4. In the facts and circumstances noted above, we dispose of the instant petition by providing that in case the petitioner files evidence before respondent no. 4 demonstrating that the brick kiln is still being run, the said respondent after verifying the plea, would take further action in the matter in accordance with law.
