Ms. Shruti Malviya, appearing on behalf of respondent no.3 submits that the petitioners have challenged an arbitral award dated 28.12.2020, passed by the Competent Authority under the provisions of Railways Act, 1989. She submits that the petitioners have efficacious alternative statutory remedy of challenging the award by filing objection under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 read with Section 20F(7) of the Railways Act, 1989. 3. We find considerable force in the submission. 4. The writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to avail the said remedy if so advised.
