The present petition has been filed by the petitioners with the following prayer: “It is therefore prayed that the Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow this petition and close the further proceeding of the crime no. 178/2022 offence under section 498-A, 34 of IPC. state of cg Vs Rakesh Pataila and others which is under investigation before respondent no. 1 Chhattisgarh, in the interest of justice.” 3. Learned Panel Lawyer appearing for respondent No.1 submits that in the present case charge-sheet has been submitted before the competent Court on 22.12.2022, to which learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to take recourse to law. 4.
