Perusing the averments made in the application and having heard the learned advocate for the applicant, it appears that the order dated 12.06.2025 was passed by assigning reasons with the assistance of the learned APP as the learned advocate for the applicant was not present before the Court on 12.06.20256. The petition being SCR.A No.8062/2025 was not dismissed for want of prosecution but was dismissed on merit and hence, question does not arise to recall the order dated 12.06.2025 in view of the law laid down by the Hon’ble Supreme Court in the case of Raghunath Sharma vs. The State of Haryana reported in 2025 INSC 723.
