This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to direct the respondent Corporation to release admitted dues of the petitioner for the month of March, 2024 to November, 2024 in respect of providing of generator and other facilities. Such work allegedly has been performed pursuant to agreement dated 21.4.2018. Learned counsel for the respondent Corporation states that claim of petitioner shall be dealt with by the authority competent, in accordance with law. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to approach the second respondent alongwith a certified copy of this order, annexing all relevant materials in support of his claim, within two weeks from today. The concerned authority shall examine the petitioner's claim, in accordance with law, by passing an appropriate order, within a further period of two months, thereafter.
