At the threshold, learned Public Prosecutor has submitted one factual report dated 29.10.2025 prepared by S.H.O., Police Station Kotwali, District Bharatpur, which reveals that after investigation, no offence was found to be made out against the petitioner, hence, the Police has filed the negative final report against the petitioner. 3.
