Short grievance projected by the petitioners in this petition which challenges an order and judgment dated 25.07.2025 passed by the Central Administrative Tribunal, Jammu (“the Tribunal”) in OA No. 1048/2025 titled “Chanderdhari Kesar vs. University of Jammu and Ors” is that though the Tribunal has disposed of the OA filed by the respondent herein with a direction to the petitioners herein to treat the OA filed by the respondent herein as representation, but yet has restricted its consideration only to the law laid down in the three judgments mentioned in para 5 of the judgment. 2. It is submitted that apart from the three judgments to which the reference is made by the Tribunal in para 5 there is other case law on the subject which also needs to be kept in view. In view of the short submission and the innocuous prayer made, this petition is disposed of at this stage without any notice to the respondents by Serial No. 34 2 WP(C) No. 2243/2025 providing that the petitioners shall be free to consider the representation of the respondent not only in the light of the judgment referred to in para 5, but also in accordance with the legal position obtaining on the subject as on date. There is already a direction to pass reasoned order and, therefore, no further direction is required. 3. With the aforesaid modification The judgment passed by the Tribunal is upheld and this petition is disposed of.
