JUSTICE PARTHIVJYOTI SAIKIA ORDER Date : 24-03-2025 Heard Mr. D. Saikia, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Mr. T. Ete, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. 2. This is an application filed under Section 482 of BNSS, 2023 praying for grant of pre-arrest bail to the accused/petitioner in respect of Papu Hill P.S. Case No.24/2025 under Sections 351(3)/294(2) of BNS, 2023 read Page No.# 2/2 with Section 66(A)/67 of the Information Technology Act, 2000. 3. On 11.03.2025, this Court had granted interim bail to the petitioner and directed him to appear before the Investigating Officer. Accordingly, he had appeared before the Investigating Officer and his statement has already been recorded. 4. Under the given circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that since the petitioner has been co-operating with the Investigation, he does not deserve to be detained in the custody. The pre-arrest bail application made by the petitioner, namely, Shri Takio Taguk@ Tarh Taguk is allowed. Accordingly, the interim bail granted on 11.03.2025, is hereby made absolute with the following conditions:- i) That the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation and shall appear before the Investigating Officer as and when called for; ii) That the petitioner shall not, directly, or indirectly, make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case so as to dissuade him/her from disclosing such facts to the Court or to any police officer. 5.
