2. Respondent No. 5 has filed this Recall Application, seeking review of the final order dated 05.05.2025. By the said order, the writ petition was disposed of by permitting petitioner to make representation to the Government and Government was required to take decision on such representation within six months thereafter.
3. Mr. Yuvraj Samant,
learned counsel appearing for the recall/review applicant submits that his client has an apprehension that decision would be taken without hearing him.
4. Mr. M.C. Pant,
learned counsel for petitioner, however, refers to para 5 of the final
order, where it is observed that decision has to be taken only after hearing all the stakeholders.
5. To further clarify the matter, it is provided
that recall/review applicant shall be at liberty to make representation within one week. The competent authority shall decide the matter after hearing representation made by petitioner as well as respondent No. 5.
