This is a writ petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India wherein the writ petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction on part of the respondent no.2/Assistant Divisional Transport Officer (Administration), Mirzapur in considering the representation of the petitioner dated August 28, 2024. 3. Upon due consideration of the facts and circumstances of the case, we are of the view that the authority concerned should decide the representation of the petitioner dated August 28, 2024. 4. Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Assistant Divisional Transport Officer (Administration), Mirzapur is directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated August 28, 2024 within a period of four weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
