This I.A. has been filed by the Petitioner seeking modification of common order dated 06.01.2026 and also extension of time to surrender of Petitioner (Lucky @ Purusottam Jena). 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that inadvertently, in the brief G.R. Case number has been wrongly stated as “G.R. Case No.1072 of 2025” instead of “G.R. Case No.1070 of 2025” and consequently, the same was reflected as such in common order dated 06.01.2026. 4. In view of the same, “G.R. Case No.1072 of 2025” mentioned in paragraphs-3 of the common order dated 06.01.2026 be read as “G.R. Case No.1070 of 2025”. 5. The period for surrender of the Petitioner (Lucky @ Purusottam Jena) is extended for a further period of three weeks from today. 6. Rest part of the common order dated 06.01.2026 remains unaltered. 7. Learned Court in seisin shall act in terms of the order dated 06.01.2026, paragraph-3 thereof as modified in respect of the Petitioner (Lucky @ Purusottam Jena) and the order passed on this day (29.01.2026). 8.
