The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Ichak P.S. Case No. 120/2019 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1237/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 461, 379 of the I.P.C. pending in the Court of Sri Divyam Choudhary, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh. 3. On 24.05.2019, theft was committed in the Tahsihl Kutchery, Ichak and unknown thieves took away Register-II from there. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is neither named in the F.I.R., nor any incriminating article was recovered from his possession. It was further submitted that co-accused Deepak Kumar, Balkesh Rana and Sunil Kumar Mehta have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. 5. Mr. Rakesh Ranjan, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Divyam Choudhary, learned J.M., 1st Class, Hazaribagh in connection with Ichak P.S.
