By way of the present application, the appellant has prayed to release him on temporary bail on the ground of financial assistance as well as on the ground of health condition of his father. 3. I have heard learned APP appearing for the State and have also perused the documents produced along with the application as well as considered the averments made in this application including jail report. It is found out from the jail report that in past, the applicant was granted bail and he surrendered in time and his jail conduct is found to be good. Therefore considering the grounds mentioned and the averments made in the application, the present appeal deserves to be allowed. R/CR.A/1573/2025 ORDER DATED: 25/06/2025 4. Therefore, the present application stands allowed partly. The appellant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of 7 (Seven) Days from the date of his actual release, on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority. 5. The appellant shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. 6. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
