Mugra Badshahpur, District Jaunpur, the petitioner has arrested on 12.4.2025, therefore, the cause for filing the writ petition no more survives and the same is liable to be dismissed. 3. Considering the categorical statement of learned A.G.A., we are not inclined to proceed further in the matter. 4. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
