ORAL ORDER
1. Heard learned advocate Mr.Kirtidev R. Dave for the petitioners and learned advocate Mr.Arpit A. Kapadia for the respondent no.1.
2. After arguing for some time, under the instructions of his client, learned advocate Mr.Kirtidev R. Dave, at this stage, does not want to process this application with a view to pursue the appeal filed by them before the Deputy Collector, Anjar, Kutch.
3. Per contra, learned advocate Mr.Kapadia has no objection, if this Court permits the petitioners to withdraw the

4. Permission, as sought for, is granted.
5. It goes without saying that withdrawal of the present writ application could not come in the way of any of the parties to the proceeding in other pending proceedings before the Revenue Authority as the case may be.
6. In view of the aforesaid observation, the present Application, at this stage, is disposed of as withdrawn. No
order as to costs. The Civil Application is also disposed of accordingly. It is made clear that this Court has neither gone into nor examined the merits of the matter.
