Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the controversy involved in the present petition is squarely covered by the judgment dated 04.10.2024 passed by this Court in a bunch of writ petitions with CWP-1281- 2020 titled Shyam Sunder and others vs. State of Haryana and Anr’ being the lead case and based on this decision, this Court vide order dated 30.01.2025 passed in CWP-6314-2020 titled Shiv Kumar vs. State of Haryana and another, allowed the writ petition. Learned State counsel has not controverted this fact.
