Learned counsel for the Municipal Corporation, Guntur makes a statement that notices were issued. However, the exact status as on date requires to be verified. 2 3. We dispose of this petition with a direction to the Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Guntur to ensure that in case there are any encroachments over the Government Land for which action has been taken, the same be taken to its logical conclusion and the encroachments be removed by following the due process of law not later than three (3) months from today.
