1. Heard Shri Pragalbha Sharma, learned counsel for the petitioners. Also heard Shri Malay Jain, learned Panel Lawyer for the State/respondent no.1 as well as Shri Aditya Tiwari,
learned counsel for the respondent no.2.
2. The present Cr.M.P. has been filed with the following prayer:-
“ It is, therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to allow the present petition, quash the impugned
3 FIR No. 126/2023 dated 06.05.2023 for the offence under Section 420 r/w 34 of I.P.C., in the peculiar factual matrix of the case and in the interest of justice.”
3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he wants to withdraw this petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy before the appropriate forum.
