The present petition is filed by the petitioner with the following main prayers. “9(B) issue appropriate writ, order or direction and be pleased to direct the respondent authorities to consider and decide the application / representations dated 16.04.2009, 25.03.2013, 11.06.2013, 25.06.2013, 12.08.2013 and 25.07.2014 and the respondents be further directed to consider and decide the same and the respondents be directed to grant/disburse/release the legitimate dues including 50% salary for a period between 17.12.2005 to 27.11.2008, amount towards Group Insurance Scheme, Pension, Gratuity, Leave Encashment and other retirement dues may be ordered to be paid with 12% C/SCA/4350/2015 ORDER DATED: 19/08/2025 interest from the date of entitlement.” 2. Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that lastly in the year 2015, the petitioner has also made a representation for her grievance, which is also not decided by the authorities till date. 3. Considering the submission made by learned advocate for the petitioner as well as the prayer noted above, it transpires that the prayer is essentially to consider the representation/s of the petitioner which were made many a time to the respondent authorities. 4. In view of above, since the matter is pending since the year 2015, it is directed that the respondent authorities shall consider the representation made by the petitioner, in accordance with law, within a period of one month from today and inform the outcome thereof to the petitioner within a period of two weeks thereafter through registered Post A.D. 5. If the authorities have already decided the representation of the petitioner, the outcome thereof shall be informed to the petitioner within a period of one week from the date of receipt of the copy of this order.
