1. By the consent of the parties, the instant contempt application being CPAN 1592 of 2024 is taken up for hearing by treating it as on day’s list.
2. Mr. Sukumar Pasari, District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia is virtually present before this Court.
3. An affidavit has been filed by the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia in Court today. The same is taken on record.
4. A further communication was sent from the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia to the Treasury with regard to the unpaid interest portion of the petitioner in terms of this Court’s order.
5. It is confirmed by the learned Counsel for alleged contemnor no.1 that concerned Treasury has today released the balance interest portion to the petitioner.

6. Let a copy of the said communication received from the concerned Treasury/District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia as regards the unpaid interest portion of the petitioner be made over to the learned Counsel for the petitioner.
7. The virtual presence of the District Inspector of Schools (PE), Nadia is dispensed with.
8. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in this contempt application. The instant contempt application shall stand disposed of.
9. Rule, if any, shall also stand discharged.
10. There will be no order as to costs.
11. All parties are directed to act on a server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
