31.07.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the tender notification dated 31.12.2024 issued by the respondent for the supply of tents.

4. The unofficial respondent, who was the earlier licensee, approached this Court by way of a Writ Petition in W.P.No.1504 of 2025, challenging the action of the respondent in issuing the auction notification dated
31.12.2024.

This Court, vide order dated 22.01.2025, disposed of the writ petition with the following direction: Directing the 3'^^ respondent to consider the representation dated 09.12.2024 submitted by the petitioner and appropriate orders, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. Further directed that the auction may go on and the petitioner is at liberty to participate In the said auction." Pursuant to the said order, the representation filed by the petitioner

The learned counsel for the petitioner argues that the direction of this Court was to dispose of the representation and further directed to proceed with the auction, granting liberty to the petitioner therein to participate in the said auction. However, the respondents, without complying with the said direction, without proceeding with the auction, granted an extension to the writ
