The petitioners through instant petition under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India are seeking direction to respondents to promote them to the post of Head Constable/Dog Handlers. 2. Mr. Jasbir Singh Mohri, Advocate submits that this Court vide order dated 18.05.2023 passed in CWP No.23480 of 2015 titled as ‘Mander Singh Vs. State of Punjab and others’ has directed to respondents to consider case of all the Dog Handlers for promotion to the rank of Head Constable. The petitioners have represented to respondent but to no avail. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Aman Dhir, DAG, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of the State. 5.
