This petitioner has filed present petition seeking direction to the respondents for grant of General Provident Fund amount to him. 2. Learned counsel appearing for the parties would submit that the matter may be referred to the Pension Committee constituted by the State Government, pursuant to the direction of this Court. 3. Considering that the Pension Committee has been constituted where dispute of the petitioner can be resolved, the writ petition is disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Pension Committee who will decide the case within 3 weeks from the date the petitioner approaches them. 4. It is made clear that no delay tactics shall be adopted by the Committee, if delay tactics is adopted, this Court will take serious view. 5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
