The present application is filed under the caption ‘for being mentioned’ seeking for correction of gratuity amount in the order passed by this Court dated 31.12.2025. 2. Learned counsel for the Petitioner submits that due to typographical error, the gratuity amount was wrongly mentioned as Rs.12,29,379/- in the Writ Petition prayer and the same was carried out in the order. Learned counsel further submitted that actual gratuity amount is Rs.12,59,379/-. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that, as the error occurred in the Writ Affidavit filed by the Petitioner, the Petitioner has to file an amendment application to correct the same. 4. Heard the respective counsel. 5. Considering that the correction is only with regard to the gratuity amount that was mentioned in the 1st paragraph of the order and taking note of 2 the submissions of learned counsel for the Petitioner, the gratuity amount mentioned as Rs.12,29,379/- in the 2nd line of 1st paragraph of the final order of W.P.No.36657 of 2025 is replaced and corrected as Rs.12,59,379/-. 6. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment to the final order and to re-issue the same. ______ VN, J chs 3
