It is stated that the issue raised before this Court and the review filed before us is on identical issue which is pending before the Supreme Court in case of Jagdish Prasad Soni Vs. Ajmer Vidyut Vitaran Nigam Ajmer (C.A. No.2382/2025). 2. Keeping in view that the question regarding the date of determination of eligibility of employees for enhanced gratuity is to be examined in the aforesaid appeal, we refrain from making any observations in this review petition and hold that the parties in the review petition shall be governed by the law as laid down by the Hon’ble Apex Court in Civil Appeal No.2382/2025 pending before the Supreme Court. 3.
