The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: "I. issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil: Madhuban, District: Mau (Respondent No.2) to ensure the hearing of Mutation Case No.RST/1279/2025 Computerized Case No.T202515510301279 Kavita Vs. Parmatma Singh u/s 209 (ज) U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (earlier Mutation Case No.1612/2023 Computerized Case No.T2023155 10301612 Kavita Devi Vs. Parmatma Singh u/s 34 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006) pending since 2203 and decide the same within stipulated time which this Hon'ble Court may fixed. " 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the aforementioned mutation case is pending before respondent no.2 for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction to the respondent No. 2 to consider and decide the aforementioned mutation case, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and after giving a reasonable opportunity of leading evidence in respect of their case provided that there is no other legal impediment.
